Weekend on the Water

Following is a list of weekend activities on or around the Brooklyn waterfront:

  • Eco-Cruise up the Gowanus Canal
  • Friday Night Burlesque at the Beach in Coney Island
  • Saturday Night Films at Coney Island
  • Viewing the Around Long Island Regatta (for those who are in the Hamptons and on the Guyland)
  • Red Hook Boaters Tour and Shoreline Cleanup
  • A Feast for the Eyes Art Exhibit (in Red Hook)

Or hit one of the many fine beaches in Kings County.

I live in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn with the rest of the Salt clan: Mrs. Salt, Master Baby Salt and the two Salty Dogs ( a Boston Terrier and a French Bulldog).
